Vendo Smart City Advertising is out to change the way outdoor advertising is booked across Ghana. We are revolutionising the process of booking outdoor advertising, making it accessible to all, anytime, anywhere. To help achieve our goals, we are looking for a full time Sales Executive who is driven, self-sufficient and resourceful to help us become the no.1 player in outdoor advertising.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience with a proven track record of hitting sales targets. Out Of Home (OOH) industry experience is not a requirement but will be highly advantageous. They will be able to develop leads, negotiate, close deals and manage relationships once the vendor has been onboarded. Finally, they will be a good culture fit for our organisation, demonstrating flexibility, open mindedness, adaptability and have an innovative mindset. Key priorities:
- Research and develop leads for OOH sales opportunities
- Develop relationships with key decision makers to understand their marketing needs
- Provide OOH solutions that meet their requirements
- Close sales and meet monthly targets
- Look for innovative opportunities to increase revenue for the company
Ideal attributes:
- 2yr+ experience in a sales or business development role (experience in a startup is not necessary but advantageous)
- Resilient, resourceful and proactive
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office apps
