Agency Partnership Specialist
Location: Accra, Ghana
Role Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive Base Salary + up to 10% Annual Bonus
Vendo Smart City Advertising is out to change the way outdoor advertising is booked in Ghana. We are revolutionising the industry, making OOH accessible to all, anytime, anywhere. To help achieve our goals, we are looking for a full time Agency Partnership Specialist to help grow our relationships with agencies and become a preferred supplier for their clients OOH needs.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working with or for a 360 agency. They will be able to develop relationships with key agency stakeholders and manage relationships once the vendor has been onboarded, ensuring Vendo remains front of mind for that agency when they are considering OOH briefs. Finally they will be a good culture fit for our organisation, demonstrating flexibility, open mindedness, adaptability and have an innovative mindset. Key priorities:
- Relationship management: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at agencies. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent communication and rapport.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives. Develop joint marketing and sales plans with partner agencies.
- Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and potential partnerships. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to agency partners to enhance their understanding of our products/services. Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed.
Ideal attributes:
- 2yr+ experience in an agency, sales or business development role (experience in a startup is not necessary but advantageous)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and industry events.
- Resilient, resourceful and proactive
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office apps

Marketing Intern (Paid Internship)
Location: Accra, Ghana

We are revolutionising the process of booking outdoor advertising, making it accessible to all, anytime, anywhere. To help achieve our goals, we are looking for a Marketing Intern who has an interest in the marketing discipline and would like working experience in a fast growing start up.
The successful candidate will ideally be studying marketing or have completed a degree in a similar industry. In this role you will be involved with marketing activity to help raise awareness of Vendo. This can include updates to our website and partner sites, developing social media content and conducting research. You may also be asked to pick up customer queries, helping to resolve issues quickly, dealing with escalations and provide feedback. Finally you will need to be a good culture fit for our company, demonstrating flexibility, open mindedness, adaptability and an innovative mindset. - Marketing content creation including photography, filming and copywriting
- Manage updates to our external website minor site updates

Ideal attributes:
- Studied Marketing, Advertising, PR or a related subject
- A keen interest in social media with experience using the mainstream channels
- Customer service focused, resilient, resourceful and proactive
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office apps such as Excel and Word
- Based in Accra and able to travel to our office in Achimota / Christian Village
