Pricing

One Day

• Accra: GH₵ 6,500 per day (8 hours)
• Outside Accra: GH₵ 7,000 per day (8 hours)

Two Days

• Accra: GH₵ 12,000 per day (8 hours)
• Outside Accra: GH₵ 13,000 per day (8 hours)

These rates cover the truck, two full-colour LED faces, text LED, retractable stage, speakers, 2 mics, rechargeable battery, charging ports, 1 driver and 1 technician for an 8-hour day. Fuel, maintenance, VAT & Levies are excluded.

 Can we run longer than 8 hours?
A: Standard day covers 8 hours. Extended hours are possible, you need to request this at booking so we can confirm crew availability and extra charges.

What if my creative isn’t ready 24 hours prior?
A: Late creative risks reduced testing time and playback issues. We strongly advise meeting the 24-hour window.

Are rates negotiable for multi-day tours?
A: Sure, let us know the duration and location and we will price accordingly.

If you want to lock a date, prepare your brief and creative and have a preferred location, we’ll generate a firm quote (including fuel & maintenance estimate and VAT/levies) and the invoice for the 50% down payment that secures the truck.
