Account Executive
Location: Kumasi, Ghana
Role Type: Full Time, 3 Month Contract
Salary: Competitive Base Salary + bonus for successful project completion
Vendo Smart City Advertising is out to change the way outdoor advertising is booked in Ghana. We are revolutionising the industry, making OOH accessible to all, anytime, anywhere. To help achieve our goals, we are looking for an Account Executive to join us for a 3 month contract to help with a new client win. There is also the possibility this contract will continue after the three month period.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working for a marketing, branding, advertising or print agency. They will have a good understanding of outdoor advertising and be able to support operations on the ground as we deliver this new client campaign. They will also support in building relationships in Kumasi including outdoor providers, agencies and local assemblies. Finally they will be a good culture fit for our organisation, demonstrating flexibility, open mindedness, adaptability and having an innovative mindset. Key priorities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage the clients requirements for all their outdoor sites in Kumasi, providing regular updates on the status of the project.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop new business outdoor advertising sales in the Kumasi region, building a local client base.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work with existing suppliers and develop new relationships to drive brand visibility and business for Vendo in the Kumasi region.
Ideal attributes:
- 2yr+ experience in an agency, sales or business development role
- Resilient, resourceful and proactive
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office apps
